  • Basics

  • How do I create an account?

    Click on the "Login / Create Account" button on the top right-hand side of the website. Enter your email and choose a password, then click on "No Account? Sign-Up Now.". This will kick of the account creation process. Your email address will need to be verified following which you can capture your account details.

  • I did not receive the verification email?

    You can request a new one. Go to the login page, enter your login credentials. Upon submission, you will be notified that your account is not verified, there will be a link here to request a new verification code, click on it.

  • I still cannot login?

    If you had followed the steps in "How do I create my account?", have checked your spam folder and given at least 10min for the email to be received. Please contact us for assistance via email, telephone or our "Contact Us" form.

  • I have forgotten my password?

    We most often do. You can request to change your password via the login page. Click on "Forgot Password" and we will send you a link in your email to reset it. Follow the instructions in the email.

  • Payments

  • What payment options are offered?

    Through our PayFast facility, one can pay via Credit and Cheque Cards, Instant EFT and EFT Payment

  • Can I have an invoice?

    Yes, an emailed invoice is sent to you in the specified email address. Alternatively you can view and download a PDF invoice when logged in under the "My Orders" section

  • How do returns or refunds work?

    If you are not satisfied with your product, get in touch with us to make arrangements.

  • Delivery

  • What shipping options are on offer?

    Standard - 2 to 5 working days excluding weekends. Overnight Delivery - This is our Express option, delivery can be expected the next days.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Orders before 12 are dispatched the same day, depending on shipping method selected, the next day will be the quickest. You can phone, or email should you need any special arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Can I collect?

    Should you need to collect, contact us to make this request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • What can I do if my order has not been delivered yet?

    Unfortunately, once the package leaves ManCrate, it is out of our control. A tracking number is provided with all our shipments, please contact the service provider with the tracking number that was sent to you.

  • When will my order ship?

    You will be notified via email when your order has left ManCrate. This will include your tracking number, that you can use to track the parcel to your door.
